ATLANTA - Jacksonville's Edyn Battle (Player) was joined by Austin Peay's duo of Cur'Tiera Haywood (Newcomer) and La'Nya Foster (Freshman) in earning this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Women's Basketball weekly honors, announced Monday by the league office.
Women's Basketball Player of the Week

- First Career ASUN Player of the Week award; 37th all-time honor for the Dolphins
- Averaged 20.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and one steal in a 2-0 week for Jacksonville
- Totaled 19 points, seven rebounds, three assists and a steal while going 6-for-6 from the line in the first game against UNF
- Recorded 22 points in the second matchup of the River City Rumble, marking her 11th 20+ point performance, while adding four assists and three rebounds
- Leads the ASUN in scoring (19.4 ppg) while sitting fourth in FG% (.427) for the 2023-24 season

- Scored a team-high 17 points in the victory over the Bisons
- Was 2-of-5 from beyond the arc (40%), hitting 20% of APSU's threes in the game

- Posted 15 points in the Gov's road win over the Bisions (73-60) while grabbing nine rebounds
- Went 5-for-9 from the field and 3-for-4 from long range in her 33 on the hardwood
- Filled out her stat line in the victory with three assists, three blocks, and a steal
- Her nine rebounds were the second-highest in the contests between the two teams
