Queens' Bailey Notches Women's Swimming Award



ATLANTA – Katherine Bailey of Queens claimed the Atlantic Sun Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week award, announced Tuesday afternoon by the league office.

- First Career ASUN Women's Swimmer of the Week accolade; 10th nod in program history for the Royals
- Represented Queens in the Scottish National Short Course Open last week
- Claimed seventh or better in a trio of races at the event
- Earned personal bests in the 800 Free (8:56.19) and 1500 Free (17:04.78)
- Notched a seventh-place finish in the 400 Free with a time of 4:22.72
