JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Delaware’s Jaclyn Marszal and Liberty’s Rachel Hines earned this week’s Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Women’s Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, announced Monday by the league office.
Marszal led the offensive efforts for the Blue Hens last week where she netted four goals while assisting on four goals for eight points. She went on to get four of her six shots on-goal while recording a free position goal.
Hines had a big day in-goal for Liberty where she made 17 saves in the double overtime game against South Florida. Along with her saves, Hines picked up five ground balls and caused three turnovers.
