Women's Lacrosse Weekly Awards - March 9

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Lindenwood’s Luci Selander and Brynn Delaney earned this week’s Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Women’s Lacrosse honors, announced Monday by the league office.

Selander had a big week for the Lions with five goals and six assists for 11 points en route to wins over Butler and Detroit Mercy. Of her 11 shots over the week, nine challenged goalkeepers for a .889 shot on-goal percentage. 

Delaney played a major role in the team’s wins last week with 26 draw controls, 17 of them coming in the Lion’s 20-3 win over Detroit Mercy. She also helped the Lindenwood defense to hold opponents to just 7.5 goals per game.
