JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FGCU’s Christian Figueredo claimed this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Golf honor, announced Thursday by the league office.

Figueredo led the Eagles to a share of first place at The Johnnie-O at Sea Island - the team’s second team title of the season - while claiming a share of 10th place, individually. His ten under par finish defeated six nationally ranked players while carding 17 birdies over the tournament and an eagle on hole six in the second round.
