JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida's Danny Erickson claimed this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Golf honor, announced Thursday by the league office.

Erickson placed with a share of 37th overall with a 1-over 214 (68-70-76) combined score at the Bryan Bros Collegiate, hosted by the University of South Carolina. The Ponte Verda Beach, Florida native recorded a pair of scores under par over the first two rounds. He started with a season-best 3-under 68 score, while securing 10 total birdies, including five during the opening round, recording his first round in the 60s this season. Erickson's performance helped the Ospreys to a 12th-place overall finish.
