JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Queen's Nasir Mann and Lipscomb's Ethan Duncan earned this week’s Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men’s Basketball honors, announced Monday by the league office.
Mann helped the Royals to a 2-0 week, and extended the teams win streak to six games. The Gainesville, Fla. native averaged 14 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal per game. He recorded his second double-double of the season in the Royals 87-81 win agaisnt Stetson, with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Ethan Duncan was named Newcomer of the Week after leading the Bisons to two home victories this week. Duncan averaged 20.5 points per game including a 27 point performance in Lipscomb's 81-71 win agaisnt Bellarmine. He recorded 4.5 rebounds, one assist, and one block on the week, while shooting 58.8% from the three point range, netting eight against Bellarmine.
