JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FAU earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Swimming & Diving honors, while UNC Asheville swept on the Women's side, announced Tuesday by the league office.
Trevor Kuhn earned Diver of the Week after helping the Owls to a victory at the South Florida Diving Invite. The Clearwater, Fla., native won two of the three events over the course of the two-day meet. On the platform, he and took home first recording a total score of 287.50. On day two, the junior posted a score of 305.60 on the 1-Meter Dive to take home another first-place victory.
UNC Asheville's Anna Marcotti earned Swimmer of the Week after helping defeat Davidson 188-122. The senior posted a win in the 200 free with a time of 1:54.82 and a win in the 100 free at 53.13 seconds. Leigha Travis was named Diver of the Week. The Covington, Ky., native took home two third-place finished with scores of 243.93 in the first round, followed by a score of 238.95 in the second.
