JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Atlantic Sun Conference(ASUN) has announced its weekly award winners for men’s and women’s golf for Thursday, Sept. 10

MEN’S GOLF
Golfer of the Week: Alfie Storer, FGCU
Storer finished tied for 23rd at the Pan Pacific University Super Golf League Tournament in Shizouka, Japan. The fifth-year senior led FGCU with a 214 (+1) final score with 14 birdies over the three rounds.

WOMEN’S GOLF
Golfer of the Week: Charlene Lamb, FGCU
Lamb finished with a share of 19th place at the Pan Pacific University Golf Super League Tournament with a 221 (+8) final score. The freshman carded rounds of 77-77-67 with eight birdies over the three rounds.

Golfer of the Week: Kaitlyn Schroeder, North Florida
Schroeder carded a 2-under 214 (69-71-74) to tie for third on the individual leaderboard at the Boilermaker Classic, hosted by Purdue, at Kampen-Cosler Golf Course at Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex in West Lafayette, Ind. on August 31-Sept. 1.

Schroeder also finished tied for third within the field with a 4.75 score on Par 5's and tallied a team-high 11 birdies. It marks the second-straight year that she has finished top-three at the event.
