JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville's Susana Olivares earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Women's Golf honor, announced Thursday by the league office.
Olivares earned Golfer of the Week honors after she scored a 2-under 211 to earn a runner-up finish at the Edisto Island Invitational. The Mexico native was one of just three golfers in the field of 90 to finish under-par. She carded rounds of 69-70-72 and totaled 11 birdies.
