OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (ucasports.com)– USA Softball announced its Top 25 Finalists for the 2023 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year on Wednesday, and pitcher Kayla Beaver was included in the elite list to represent Central Arkansas.

ATLANTA – Donovan Cash of Kennesaw State and Payton Windham of Central Arkansas both heard their names called by the league office during the latest release of the ASUN Baseball weekly awards, which were announced Monday afternoon. Cash (Player) combined to hit .571 (8-of-14) with three home runs and 10 RBIs for the Owls over the weekend. Windham (Pitcher) threw 8.1 innings over two games (including at No. 10 Vanderbilt) and allowed three hits, no earned runs and had six strikeouts.

CONWAY, Ark. (ucasports.com) - The University of Central Arkansas women's basketball program will discontinue its 2022-23 season on Tuesday, Feb. 21 due to a lack of numbers in the program, according to UCA director of athletics Dr. Brad Teague.
