JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Delaware’s Morgan Gore was named 2026 Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Women’s Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Gore highlighted an Academic All-ASUN Team of 45, announced by the league office on Wednesday.
Gore, a senior majoring in finance, currently holds a 3.982 GPA and is a seven-time selection to the Dean’s List. The Crofton, Md. native has made the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll six times, was named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators At-Large Academic All-District Team and was a Conference USA 2025-26 Commissioner’s Academic Medal List recipient.
In 15 games with the Fightin’ Blue Hens, Gore has netted 31 goals while assisting on five for 36 points. The midfielder has scored seven hat tricks this season and 12 mulit-point games.
The Academic All-ASUN recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. All student-athletes named to the list boast a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team's games.
