North Florida's Scott Named 2026 Scholar-Athlete of the Year

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida's Andreas Scott was named the 2026 Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Scott highlighted a list of 20 student-athletes that were announced by the league office as Academic All-ASUN on Monday.

Scott was named Scholar Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive season. The 2025 Player of the Year and South Africa native currently holds a 3.84 GPA while pursuing a degree in Business Analytics. He posted an 8-7 mark this spring at the number one singles position. He currently boasts a 12.75 UTR and has won seven-consecutive singles matches on the top court this season.

The Academic All-ASUN recognizes student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom. All student-athletes named to the list boast a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team's games.
