JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – EKU's Marek Nano has been named this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Tennis Player of the Week, announced Tuesday by the league office.
Nano posted a 3-1 singles record to open the season for EKU. He logged his three singles wins agaisnt Eastern Tennessee's Martin Vergara. He also defeated Butler's Nicolas Arts 63,5-7.6-3 to secure the match point and first win of the season for the Colonels. He also earned a doubles win on Court 3 over ETSU.
