ATLANTA – Jacksonville's Jacob Greiner (Player) and Cleveland State's Connor Kernan (Defensive Player) earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Lacrosse honors, announced Tuesday by the league office.
Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week

- Third Career ASUN Player of the Week selection; eighth honor in Jacksonville program history
- Scored six goals in Saturday's victory on the road at Queens
- Found the back of the net with nine shots on goal for a .889 shot-on-goal percentage
- Added four assists for a total of 10 points in JAX's fourth conference win
- Currently ranks second in the ASUN with 26 goals so far this season

Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

Senior | Goalie | New Freedom, Pa.
- Second Career ASUN Player of the Week selection; fourth honor in Cleveland State program history
- Helped the Vikings to their third conference win of the season with a home victory
- Made 12 saves on 21 shots for a .571 save percentage against Mercer
- Improved to 5-2 in goal and is now 3-0 in home games so far this season
- Scooped up two ground balls as well with CSU improving to a 6-5 overall record
