Utah's Overly Tabbed 2026 Scholar-Athlete of the Year

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Utah's Will Overly was named the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year, announced Wednesday by the league office. Overly highlights a list of 33 student-athletes on the Academic All-ASUN list. 

Overly holds a 3.965 GPA as the Utes' team captain and Health and Kinseology major. This season, the midfielder recorded 11 goals, and nine assists for 20 points. He was named the recipient of the Br. Burtis Evans Scholar-Athlete Award and the Dr. Chris Hill Leadership Award from the University of Utah Athletic Department. 

The Academic All-ASUN recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. All student-athletes named to the list boast a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team's games.
