ATLANTA – Central Arkansas' Pietro Fontana (Player) and the Bellarmine duo of Brendan Schoemehl (Defensive) and Matthew Brozovich (Goalkeeper) were awarded their respective honors on Tuesday afternoon following the league office's announcement of the Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Soccer weekly honors.
Men's Soccer Player of the Week
Pietro Fontana, Central Arkansas
Sophomore | Forward | Trento, Italy
- First Career ASUN Player of the Week nod; third accolade as a program for Central Arkansas
- Tied a team-high for the season with two goals against Eastern Illinois
- Picked up the second multi-goal outing of his career in the win
- Scored the game-winning goal inthe 2-0 road win Saturday at the Panthers
- Opens conference play at home on Saturday against Bellarmine

- Netted a goal in a 2-0 win Saturday at Eastern Illinois
- Helped the Knight defense keep Northern Kentucky off the scoreboard
- Aided Bellarmine in the shutout of Eastern Illinois
- Joined BU in limiting the Norse and Panthers to eight shots apiece

Matthew Brozovich, Bellarmine

- First Career ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week selection; first award in Bellarmine program history
- Recorded shutouts in back-to-back matches for the Knights
- Registered four saves and a clean sheet in a scoreless tie against Northern Kentucky on Monday
- Notched one save and the clean sheet in a 2-0 win at Eastern Illinois on Saturday
- Moved to eighth in the Bellarmine record book with 11 career shutouts
