ATLANTA – The Lipscomb duo of Malachi Jones (Player) and Rodriguez Juan Carlos (Goalkeeper) along with North Florida's Nick Kishchenko (Defensive), were awarded their respective honors on Tuesday afternoon following the league office's announcement of the Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Soccer weekly honors.
Men's Soccer Player of the Week
Malachi Jones, Lipscomb
Sophomore | Forward | Freetown, Sierra Leone
- Second Career ASUN Player of the Week nod; 30th overall accolade as a program for Lipscomb
- Jones had a goal and two assists on the week for four points in Lipscomb's win over No. 15 Saint Louis and a tie against Charlotte
- Scored the Bisons' opening goal in the 2-1 victory over No. 15 Saint Louis and assisted both goals on the road at Charlotte
- In the 14' minute against SLU, Jones dribbled through a pair of defenders to get the ball to his left foot before hammering the back of the net
- Jones leads the conference in points (9), assists (3), shots (16) and tied for goals (3)

Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Nick Kishchenko, North Florida
Junior | Defender | Staten Island, N.Y.
- First Career ASUN Defensive Player of the Week award; 19th overall accolade as a program for North Florida
- Recorded a pair of assists in the Ospreys 4-1 win against Winthrop
- Relayed long midfield passes to both Joaquin Acuna and Luc Granitur for their scores against the Eagles
- Kishchenko leads the UNF team in assists with two total through three games
- Anchors a backline that has only allowed one goal per game with a 1-1-1 record

Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week
Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Lipscomb
Freshman | Goalkeeper | Almeria, Spain
- First Career ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week selection; third award in Lipscomb program history
- Had a stellar week between the pipes, stopping two PK attempts against No. 15 Saint Louis and making another two huge saves to lead Lipscomb to victory
- Against Charlotte, he had more impressive saves with three on the night, giving the Bisons the chance to get a point on the road
- Lipscomb settled down defensively for the final minutes of the match and defended its way to a 2-1 victory over No. 15 Saint Louis
- The Bisons are back on the road against Kentucky before hosting Memphis at Lipscomb Soccer Complex
