JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The No. 14 ranked Stetson Hatters swept this year's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Beach Volleyball postseason honors, announced Tuesday by the league office.

Maria Ozaeta and Marta Carro were named Pair of the Year after notching a 20-12 overall record this season. The duo went 12-7 at the top flight and 8-5 at the No. 2 flight and ended the 2026 season on a six-game win streak. Ozaeta and Carro recorded ranked wins over No. 13 GCU, No. 14 FAU, No. 17 North Florida and No. 18 South Carolina, twice. EJ Cudmore, a Barrie, Ontario native, earned the Freshman of the Year honor. Cudmore holds a 20-12 overall record this season with a 7-6 record on the top court. She has claimed wins over No. 7 Florida State, No. 12 Arizona State, No. 14 FAU, No. 17 North Florida and No. 18 South Carolina this season for a 8.07 TruVolley ranking. The Hatters are led by Coach of the Year, Kristina Hernandez. Hernandez is in her 13th season at the helm and holds a 246-123 overall record. This season, she led Stetson to a 23-9 overall record that includes ranked wins over then-ranked No. 14 FAU, No. 17 North Florida and No. 18 South Carolina. Under her guidance, the Hatters finished the regular season ranked No. 14 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Collegiate Beach Poll.
