Men's Soccer Weekly Awards - Aug. 25

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – FGCU and North Florida split this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Soccer honors, announced Monday by the league office. 

The Eagles' Caio Oliveria earned a share of this week's Player of the Week honor after posting two goals in FGCU's 2-1 victory against reigning OVC Champion SIUE. North Florida's Jaxon Reinhardt was also named Player of the Week after scoring two goals on the week including the game winner in the Ospreys; shutout road victory at Wisconsin. Victor Lopes claimed the Defensive Player of the Week honor for the Eagles. The senior limited the Cougars to just one goal. Goalkeeper of the Week went to UNF's Luciano Natoli after he posted 10 saves, earning a .833 save percentage. The Miami Beach, Fla., native faced 31 shots, allowing just one goal on the week.
