JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Queens' Cole Pumpian was named the 2025 Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Soccer Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Pumpian highlighted a list of 38 student-athletes that were announced by the league office as Academic All-ASUN on Tuesday.
Pumpian holds a 4.0 GPA while majoring in Engineering Physics. He started in all but one match this season for the Royals and leads the team in goals (3) this season. The junior from Marietta, Ga., recorded the game-winning goal against No. 14 Clemson that marked the Queens' first win against a top-25 oppponent since becoming a Dvision 1 program.
The Academic All-ASUN recognizes student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom. All student-athletes named to the list boast a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team's games.
