ATLANTA – North Alabama's Xing Luo earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Golf honor, announced Thursday by the league office.
Luo earned Golfer of the Week honors after winning the GMAC Invitational. The junior carded a 16-under 200 with rounds of 68-66-66. He posted the best Division I three-round individual tournament total in school history and tied for the best two-round score in Division I school history. As well as leading UNA to their first tournament win, he helped the Lions post a 30-under 834 stroke score as a team which became the best in school history in a three-round tournament.
