ATLANTA - Stetson's Jalen Blackmon (Player) and Austin Peay's DeMarcus Sharp (Newcomer) earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Basketball honors, announced Wednesday by the league office.
Men's Basketball Player of the Week

- First Career ASUN Player of the Week award; 42nd for the Stetson program
- Played 38 minutes in the Hatters' midweek road victory at FIU on Dec. 19 in Miami
- Led all players on the floor with 28 points against the Panthers while notching six rebounds
- Scored 32 in a Dec. 22 matchup against Cincinnati where he shot 7-for-7 from the free throw line
- Totaled 11 three-pointers across the two contests with six against FIU and five against the Bearcats

- Led Austin Peay in scoring for the ninth time this season with his sixth 20-point performance
- Shot 8-for-15 from the field while adding four rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals
- Leads the nation in field goals made (109) and attempted (255); ranks fifth in steals with 35
