CLEMSON, S.C. – Facing their second United Soccer Coaches Top 25 opponent this season, the Queens University of Charlotte men's soccer team (4-2) made history upsetting the No. 14 Clemson Tigers (3-2-2) on Tuesday night in the program's biggest win in its young Division 1 journey. The significant 1-0 clean sheet extended the Royals winning streak to four straight games, the longest since joining Division 1 in 2022.

TURNING POINT
Following 15 minutes of scoreless action, the visiting Royals jumped on the board in the 16
th minute. Freshman Vitor Baptistelli received a pass at the top of the box and made one move to beat the Clemson defender before striking a shot at the Clemson goalkeeper. The initial shot was saved but deflected straight to a leaping Cole Pumpian, who booted home the eventual game-winner. The Queens defense would go to work and hold the eighth-best scoring offense in the nation off the board for the remaining 74 minutes of action.

- The game-winner marked Pumpian's first goal of the season, and second of his career, as he totaled 83 minutes of action.
- Making his second straight start, freshman Vitor Baptistelli earned his first collegiate assist on the Pumpian goal.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Matheus Rhormens recorded his ASUN-best fourth shutout. The Sao Paulo, Brazil native faced 18 shots, including three on goal, and kept the nationally ranked Tigers off the board for the first time this season.
