JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Following Saturday's contests, the seedings and day one matchups have been determined for the 2025 Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Softball Championship. This year's event, which begins on Tuesday, May 6, is hosted by the City of Oxford at Choccolocco Park in Alabama.
North Florida enters this year's tournament as the #1 seed after going 22-2 in league play to win ASUN Graphite Division Regular Season Championship. The Ospreys earned a double bye into day three of the tournament along with second seeded EKU. The Colonels claimed the ASUN Gold Division Regular Season Championship, going 17-5 in conference play. Central Arkansas and Stetson are the tournament's #3 and #4 seeds, respectively, and earned byes into Wednesday's slate of games. FGCU and Austin Peay earned the #6 and #5 seeds, and will face the winners of #7 Lipscomb/#10 Queens and #8 Jacksonville/#9 North Alabama in single-elimination action on Tuesday.
