JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Austin Peay's Sa'Mya Wyatt and Central Arkansas' Jade Upshaw earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Women's Basketball honors, announced Monday by the league office.
Upshaw scored a career-high 22 points in the Sugar Bears' win against UT Martin, taking just 14 shots to reach the new mileston. She connected on four three-pointers, and added six rebounds and three assists. Wyatt tallied 26 points on 11-for-15 shooting and pulled down eight rebounds in the Governors' road win at Indiana State. She followed up with 16 points and eight boards against Miami (OH).
