As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, the first two episodes of The Destination focus on student-athletes and coaches of Hispanic heritage.

The second installment of The Destination features North Alabama's Head Coach Tony Pujol. Coach Pujol spoke about his experience as a Cuban-American and how his perspective has shaped his coaching career.

He emphasized the values of family that he learned from his parents and how he has incorporated those values into his coaching style. Pujol stated that building a family culture helps his team "because when you're dealing with people, you want to try to create an environment that feels safe, where they can make mistakes." Coach Pujol's North Alabama squad is poised for a great season, coming in 3rd in the ASUN Preseason Coaches Poll.
