Prior to North Florida, worked as the Sports Information Director at Alabama State University (2009) with primary oversight of Hornets’ football, men’s basketball, golf and cross country/track & field programs… Served a four-year stint as Associate/Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information at High Point University (2005-09) with primary responsibilities including men’s basketball, women’s soccer, volleyball, golf and baseball… Spent eight years as an assistant director of Athletic Media Relations at the University of Alabama (1997-2005) primarily working with the volleyball, women’s basketball and women’s golf programs… Served as Director/Assistant Director of Athletic Media Relations at Murray State University (1994-97) with direct oversight of the football, men’s basketball, baseball, golf and tennis programs… Worked as a sports information student assistant at Mississippi State (1988-1991) and served a stint as an assistant women’s basketball coach for two years at MSU… Worked at numerous conference and national championship events and produced 19 CoSIDA Publication award-winning publications including six “Best in Nation” honors
