ATLANTA – Emma Hess of Liberty (Player), Alyza Winston of FGCU (Newcomer) and Maddie Millar of North Florida (Freshman) all heard their names called for ASUN Conference Women's Basketball weekly accolades, which were announced Monday by the league office. Hess grabbed her first career award after averaging a team-high 21.0 points while making a squad-best 11 three-pointers last week. Winston helped the Eagles stay atop the ASUN standings with a 16.5-point, three-rebound average in a pair of wins. Millar was a first-time winner after scoring 14 tallies in UNF's victory last Saturday against Jacksonville.

FORT WORTH, Texas – After a stellar fall showing, Nick Gabrelcik is one of 37 golfers named to the watch list for the 2023 Ben Hogan Award presented by PNC Bank, as announced by the Hogan Trophy Award Foundation, the Friends of Golf (FOG) and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Friday afternoon.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (unfospreys.com) – The Ospreys dished out 25 assists and shot over 50 percent from beyond the arc as North Florida men's basketball stayed undefeated at home on the year with a 105-66 win against the Davis & Elkins Senators Monday, Dec. 19.

ATLANTA – A trio of first-time award winners earned ASUN Conference Women's Basketball weekly honors on Monday, as the league office announced that Skyler Gill of North Alabama (Player), Lyric Swann of North Florida (Newcomer) and Emma Kate Tittle of North Alabama (Freshman) put together the best on-court performances between Dec. 5-11. Gill earned a stat line of 12 points, 11 rebounds, six blocks and five assists against Arkansas State while Swann put up 27 tallies in 29 minutes of action for UNF in a blowout of Trinity Baptist. Tittle wrapped up the selections by pouring in 23 points and grabbing four boards in a come-from-behind win against the Red Wolves, 82-68.

ATLANTA - Four ASUN Conference Volleyball student-athletes were named honorable mention selections to the AVCA 2022 All-Region Teams, announced Tuesday by the organization. FGCU's Lily Felts and Chelsey Lockey (Southeast Region), Lipscomb's Sophia Hudepohl (South Region) and North Florida's Rocio Moro (Southeast Region) were among the 211 student-athletes honored. The list of honorees represented 108 different programs across Division I Volleyball.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches announced its 2022 All-Region teams on Tuesday, and ASUN Conference Women's Soccer had 17 student-athletes named to the All-South Region and its respective squads.

ATLANTA - The ASUN Conference weekly honors went to FGCU's Lily Felts, North Alabama's Maggie Sullivan, Jacksonville State's Claire Ochs and North Florida's Savannah Cook, announced Monday by the league office. Felts (Player) and Sullivan (Defensive) claimed the first awards of their careers while the distinctions earned by Ochs (Setter) and Cook (Freshman) were the second for each.

Two Saturday night matchups mark the First Round of the ASUN Conference Men's Soccer Championships on the campuses of #1 Lipscomb (Nashville, Tenn.) and #2 Central Arkansas (Conway, Ark.). The first match features #3 Stetson and #6 Bellarmine in Conway at 5 PM CT while #4 FGCU and #5 North Florida meet in the Music City at 7 PM CT on YouTube.

ATLANTA – Lipscomb's Noah Gulden was selected for his third straight ASUN Conference Men's Soccer Scholar-Athlete of the Year honor, as voted on by the league's Sports Information Directors and Academic Advisors. Gulden's selection highlights the 11-person 2022 All-Academic Team, announced Friday by the league office. The Bisons' senior defender holds a 4.00 GPA while working towards his MBA and has started in all 16 games this season.

ATLANTA – The four-time ASUN Conference Men's Soccer Regular Season Champion has more hardware to add to the trophy case as the Lipscomb Bisons earned all five superlative awards, as voted on by the league's nine head coaches, the conference office announced on Friday.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (unfospreys.com) - North Florida men's soccer (3-7-4, 2-3-2 ASUN) capitalized in a big way on senior night, as sixth-year defender and captain LJ Estes put one in the back of the net in the 78th minute to secure a 1-0 victory over Liberty (3-6-5, 1-4-2 ASUN) on Friday evening.

ATLANTA – The final version of the ASUN Conference Women's Soccer weekly honors were announced Tuesday by the league office as Macie Rainwater of Kennesaw State (Player), Shelby Craft of Lipscomb (Defensive Player) and Sofia Miliancano of North Florida collected the respective accolades.

ATLANTA - The ASUN Conference weekly honors went to Liberty's Delaney Dilfer along with North Florida's Mahalia White, Rocio Moro and Savannah Cook, announced Monday by the league office. White (Player) and Cook (Freshman) garnered their first weekly honors while Moro claimed her eighth Defensive Player of the Week recognition. The Ospreys took down Jacksonville State and Kennesaw State last weekend, both in five sets. Dilfer secured her second Setter of the Week honor after the Flames picked up road victories against Stetson and FGCU.
