MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Two first-round clashes mark the beginning of the 2023 ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse Championship as the six-team bracket is played out on the campus of Robert Morris in Moon Township, Pa., from May 2-7. Fourth-seeded Mercer and #5 Bellarmine get the action started on Tuesday afternoon at 1 PM ET followed by a 4 PM ET contest between #3 Jacksonville and reigning ASUN Champion #6 Robert Morris.

ATLANTA - The field is set for the 2023 ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse Championship as the playoff picture came into focus after five completed contests on Saturday.

ATLANTA – The ASUN Conference announced Utah's Jordan Hyde as the league's Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week while the Utes' Joey Boylston and Jacksonville's Tucker Garrity both claimed Defensive Player of the Week honors, the league announced on Tuesday. Hyde turned in an impressive 14 goals and 16 total points in two contests for his second career weekly award. Garrity and Boylston were disruptive on defense as the two earned their first career Defensive weekly awards.

ATLANTA – Setting career and season-highs helped Jacksonville's Jacob Greiner and Bellarmine's Dante Batista earn the weekly ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse awards. Greiner tallied a program-best 11 points with a career-high six goals and five assists to earn his first Player of the Week recognition. Batista recorded a season-best 14 saves including his final one in the last 30 seconds to preserve the Knights' one-point victory to claim his first Defensive Player of the Week nod.

ATLANTA – The ASUN Conference announced its weekly Baseball award winners on Monday, and Austin Kelly of Lipscomb is the Player of the Week while Chris Lotito of Jacksonville claimed Pitcher of the Week recognition, the league office revealed.

ATLANTA – After batting 13-for-21 (.619) with three doubles, eight home runs and 24 RBIs, Jacksonville's Kris Armstrong earned the ASUN Conference Baseball Player of the Week, announced by the league office on Monday. He was joined on the weekly honors list by Lipscomb's Noah Thompson (Pitcher), who tossed a nine-inning complete-game shutout against Queens while posting one hit allowed, zero earned runs, one walk and 10 Ks.

ATLANTA – Jacksonville's Max Waldbaum and Cleveland State's Cameron Logan claimed the ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse weekly awards as announced by the league office on Tuesday. Waldbaum tallied 11 points (6 goals, 5 assists) across two games to lead the Dolphins on their league-high five-game winning streak and earn his first career Player of the Week honor. Logan becomes the first Viking to earn a weekly award in program history after being named the Defensive Player of the Week in which he posted 15 saves and a team-high four ground balls in CSU's second straight victory of the season.

ATLANTA – A pair of first time ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse weekly award winners had their names announced for the first time in their careers on Tuesday as the league office appointed Bellarmine's Christian Della Rocco the Player of the Week and Jacksonville's Troy Hettinger Defensive Player of the Week. Della Rocco tallied six goals and an assist to lead the Knights' to their fourth-straight victory. Hettinger tallied three caused turnovers, six ground balls and held one of the premier scorers in the nation scoreless in the Dolphins' 17-15 victory over High Point. 

ATLANTA – After strong performances on the diamond last week, Hogan McIntosh of Jacksonville and Austin Amaral from Stetson were selected as the ASUN Conference Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, as the league office announced its weekly honors on Monday afternoon.

ATLANTA – The ASUN Conference announced Queens' Jack Royer and Jacksonville's Luke Millican as the Men's Lacrosse Player and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively, on Tuesday. Royer becomes the first Royal to earn a weekly honor in program history after tallying eight points in the program's first Division I victory at Hampton. Millican collected 15 saves and posted a 78.9% save percentage in the Dolphins' win against Marist. 

ATLANTA – Jacksonville's Sarah Elms and Delaware State's Yeda Couto-Erickson earn the league's first ASUN Conference Women's Lacrosse weekly awards of the 2023 season, announced by the conference office on Tuesday. Couto-Erickson (Defensive Player) made history by becoming the Hornet's first ASUN weekly award winner while Elms (Player) collected her 10th career selection.

WASHINGTON, D.C (judolphins.com) - Jacksonville men's lacrosse grad students Max Waldbaum and Dylan Watson were named as a part of the initial watch list to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List on Thursday.

Seven of the league's squads suit up starting with Mercer visiting its head coach's former team Bucknell at 11:30 AM while Bellarmine (No. 8 Duke), Air Force (No. 11 Ohio State) and Utah (No. 17 Denver) all begin their seasons against ranked opponents. Detroit Mercy takes on VMI at Noon and Lindenwood will make its DI debut at the same time when the Lions play at Marquette.

ATLANTA – With the opening faceoff of the 2023 ASUN Conference Men's Lacrosse season just a few days away, we take a closer look at the upcoming season for each of the 10 conference squads. Jacksonville is making its return to the league this season as the Dolphins were selected to finish second in the ASUN Preseason Coaches Poll securing four first-place votes. The Dolphins enter its Feb. 4 contest versus Johns Hopkins as the 18th ranked team in the country. JU adds another early season test when preseason No. 7 Duke visits Rock Stadium on Feb. 11. Marist, High Point, UMASS Lowell and St. John's round out the non-conference slate for the Dolphins this season before Jacksonville's second stint around the league in nine seasons begins with a trip to 2022 ASUN Champion Robert Morris (March 18).

ATLANTA – The ASUN Conference office announced its 2023 Women's Lacrosse Preseason All-Conference awards Thursday, as voted on by the league's eight head coaches. The defending ASUN Champion Jacksonville Dolphins were chosen to repeat as the top team for the upcoming campaign after collecting six first-place votes and 62 total points in the poll. Liberty, the runner-up in 2022, was tabbed for second with 54 points and a first-place vote while Coastal Carolina earned the final first-place vote to rank third in the poll with 49 points.

ATLANTA – The ASUN Conference office has announced its 2023 Men's Lacrosse Preseason All-Conference awards Wednesday as voted on by the league's ten head coaches. 2022 Championship Runner-Up, Utah Utes were selected as the top team entering the upcoming season with three first-place votes and 92 total points in the poll. The Utes were closely followed by Jacksonville who returns to the league for the first time since 2014 with four first-place votes and 90 total tallies as the team enters the 2023 season ranked 18th nationally in the USA Lacrosse Magazine preseason poll.
