JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Austin Peay's Erica Scutt headlined the 2025 Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Women's Golf Academic All-ASUN Team as the Scholar-Athlete of the Year, announced Tuesday by the league office.
Scutt, a three-time Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar and two-time Collegiate Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection, is set to graduate from Austin Peay next month with a degree in marketing and a 3.94 GPA. On the course, she has tallied a 547-197-18 record against the field this season, good for a .735 winning percentage as an individual against the field. The senior has totaled five top-10 finishes in nine tournaments this season, including three top-five and two top-three finishes.
The Academic All-ASUN Team recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. All members of the team boast a 3.50 cumulative GPA or better and participated in at least half of their team's contests.
