JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Utah's Cody Hart and Nikko DiPonio in earning this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Lacrosse awards, announced Monday by the league office.
Hart tallied four goals and one assist to help the Utes beat No. 19 Ohio State, 19-13, in the season opener last weekend in Columbus. This was the first time Utah has defeated a ranked opponent in a season opener in the program's history. DiPonio caused one turnover and collected nine groundballs in the victory against the Buckeyes.
