JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Lipscomb's Brady Yingst and Central Arkansas' Madeline Hill were named the 2025 Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's and Women's Cross Country Scholar-Athletes of the Year, respectively. Yingst highlighted a list of 22 student-athletes that were announced by the league office as Academic All-ASUN Thursday, while Hill led a list of 39 on the Women's side. 

Yingst holds a 4.0 GPA while majoring in Sports Media and serving as the President of ASUN SAAC. The Lima, Ohio, native finished in tenth overall at the ASUN Championship with a time of 23:38.3 to help the Bisons secure a runner-up team finish. Hill, a Physical Therapy major, hold a 4.0 GPA. She competed in all of the Bears' races this season, posting a top-25 finish in each. At the ASUN Championship, she claimed 11th-place and was the first UCA runner to cross the finish line. 

The Academic All-ASUN recognizes student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom. All student-athletes named to the list boast a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team's games.
