Ties will be broken using the following criteria, in descending order:
(a) ?Head to head. Compare tied teams’ (two or more) win-loss percentage vs. all teams involved in a tie. If the teams have not all played each other an equal number of games, then the tiebreaker shall advance to criteria ‘b’.
(b) RPI (as published on the first day after the conclusion of ASUN regular season play).
Seeding: Each team will be seeded 1-4 within each division, based on regular season divisional standings. The 1 seeds from each division will be seeded as the 1 and 2 in the bracket, and determined by RPI. The 2 seeds from each division will be seeded as the 3 and 4 in the bracket, and determined by RPI. The 3 and 4 seeds from each division will be seeded 5-8 based on RPI. If aligned to play a team from the same division in the first round, the bracket will be altered for cross divisional play. All RPI determinations will be made based on that released the day following the conclusion of the regular season.
