Kaitlin Parsons joined the Atlantic Sun Conference in July 2024 as the Senior Associate Commissioner for External Operations after spending the previous eight years at the University of North Florida. She also serves as the conference's Senior Woman Administrator. In her role she is responsible for the oversight of all external operations including revenue generation, marketing and broadcast.
Parsons joined the Ospreys in August 2016 and was elevated to serve as Associate Athletic Director for External Operations in August 2021. At UNF, she oversaw the external operations of the athletics department including marketing, communications, sponsorships, branding and licensing. Before her most recent role at the university, she spent three years as Assistant AD for Marketing, two years as Director of Marketing, and five months as the Associate Director of Marketing for the Ospreys. The West Virginia native graduated from Morehead State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and completed her graduate degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University in 2014.
