JACKSONVILLE, Fla., - The Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) highlights the Women's Soccer upcoming competition for the week of September 23.
The Bellarmine Knights will travel to Jacksonville, FL to take on both North Florida and Jacksonville University as the ASUN Women's Soccer conference schedule begins Thursday, September 24. The Knights enter conference play with a 2-4-1 record.
FGCU will host Queens and West Florida for the first weekend of conference play. The Eagles last match was twelve days ago when they shutout High Point, 2-0.
Jacksonville hosts Lipscomb on Thursday before welcoming Bellarmine to Southern Oak Stadium on Sunday. The Dolphins hold a 2-3-2 overall record before entering conference play and look to continue to add to the win coulumn.
Lipscomb will open the conference schedule against Jacksonville on Thursday followed by North Florida on Sunday. The reigning tournament champions hold a 3-1-3 record that is good for a .643 winning percentage.
The Ospreys host Bellarmine on Thursday and Lipscomb on Sunday. North Florida has a .562 winning percentage entering conference play.
Queens will travel to the Sunshine State where they will make stops in both Fort Myers and DeLand to take on FGCU and Stetson. The Royals look to add wins to their 1-6-1 start to the season.
Stetson hosts the current first-place team, West Florida on Thursday before welcoming the Royals. The Hatters are currently 1-5 entering the conference slate.
West Florida continued its undefeated mark last weekend with a draw against Southern University. The Argonauts hold a 3-0-1 record entering conference play as they take on Stetson and FGCU.
