Atlantic Sun Conference Announces Partnership with S3 Design

ATLANTA - On Thursday, the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) announced a new partnership with S3 Design, Inc.

“I am pleased to welcome our friends at S3 Design as our newest preferred partner.  We continue to build a team of partners that will provide enhanced benefits and offerings to our member institutions and S3 Design will not only add to that team, but will also provide direct benefits to the Conference Office itself.” Said ASUN Commissioner, Jeff Bacon.

S3 Design’s practice is dedicated to planning, architecture and interior design for sports & recreation facilities, health & fitness clubs, and spas & wellness facilities. These facilities present an opportunity to foster the spirit and identity of a campus, a private health club brand, or a wellness center. We understand that design can create an environment that promotes athletics, fitness and wellness to encourage an active, healthy lifestyle for all.

“We are excited to partner with the ASUN and look forward to becoming a trusted resource for the college and university athletic departments and administrations across the conference," founding principal of S3 Design Bryan Dunkelberger said. "As an architecture and planning firm that specializes in athletics and recreation on campuses around the country, we hope to share our expertise to help the schools in the ASUN to create facilities that build a better experience for student athletes, coaches, alumni, and spectators.”

About S3 Design
S3 Design is an architecture, planning, and design firm driven by a passion to harness the energy of athletics, the dynamic excitement of hospitality, and the creative nature of commercial space into the built environments and experiences we design. We believe everyone’s daily routine is full of opportunities that can be enriched with creative touches.
Our design process is rooted in the creation of the user experience. We firmly believe that successful projects harness the spirit of the place or brand. Our design process develops unique solutions to each of our clients’ needs. There is no universal solution. Taking a project beyond expectations depends on a keen understanding of our clients’ goals and aspirations. In the end, it is the interaction between participants and the facility that determines its success.
