JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –  On Thursday, the Atlantic Sun Conference announced that the 2024 Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships will take place on Friday, Nov. 1, at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, Fla.

As in the past, the Cross Country Championships feature Men's and Women's teams from all 12 conference members. The Women's 5K race starts the day and is followed by a Men's 8K race. EKU and Lipscomb both look to capture their third consecutive league titles, with the Bisons winning the past two Women's events while the Colonels have claimed back-to-back victories on the Men's side.
