@ASUNVolleyball Squads Prepare For Last Weekend of Non-Conference Play

ATLANTA, Ga. - The non-conference schedule winds down this weekend for ASUN Volleyball squads before conference play begins next week. Eight of the nine teams will be in action, as North Alabama gets a weekend off before their ASUN slate begins on Tuesday.

The Florida schools (FGCU, Jacksonville, North Florida, Stetson) all stay in state this weekend for tournaments, highlighted by Jacksonville's matchup with No. 11 and last year's National Runner-Up, Florida. Stetson will look to remain the top team in the ASUN heading into conference play when they host the Hatter Classic at the Edmunds Center.

Lipscomb continues their daunting non-conference slate, as they go up Champaign, Ill. for matches with No. 10 Creighton and No. 8 Illinois. Liberty's travel plans were derailed this weekend due to Hurricane Florence. Instead of traveling to Dallas this weekend, they'll make their way up to Pittsburgh for matches with College of Charleston and High Point. Kennesaw State looks to snap a four-game slide with a tournament at Troy, while NJIT travels to Sacred Heart this weekend.

This weekend, nine games will be broadcasted with several airing on ESPN+, Facebook Live, Big Ten Network and SEC Network. Check out our full schedule for live stat and video links.
