Senior Julia Lucas tallied her fourth career assist finding redshirt freshman Carter Williams for her first career goal with 6:21 remaining to play.

Haley Alexander entered the game needing three points to become the all-time point's scorer to surpass former teammate Keri White's 186. Alexander tied the record with an assist to Hannah Close on her goal at 22:06 in the first half to give Coastal a 7-0. Alexander set the all-time career points mark with a goal of her own with 10:57 remaining in the opening stanza for a 13-0 lead.

Howard's Jillian Jones accounted for both goals on the day for the Bison.
