  • Second Week of @ASUNWLax Action Begins on Friday

    ATLANTA, Ga. - The 2019 ASUN Conference Women's Lacrosse season continues this weekend, as six of the conference's seven members will be in action. Liberty looks for its first 2-0 start in program history, as they travel to Winthrop on Friday afternoon. Jacksonville opens up the 2019 season when they host UC Davis at 3 PM ET.

    ATLANTA, Ga. - Haley Alexander of Coastal Carolina and Katherine Widrick of Liberty earned the first ASUN Conference Women's Lacrosse weekly honors of the season after leading their squads to victory last week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.

  • Coastal Carolina Lacrosse Opens 2019 with Win over ODU

    CONWAY,S.C – Coastal Carolina's Haley Alexander tallied eight points to pace the Coastal Carolina women's lacrosse team in the 19-10 season-opening victory over Old Dominion inside Brooks Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Chanticleers start 1-0 on the season while ODU falls to 0-1.

    ATLANTA, Ga. - The defending ASUN Champion Jacksonville Dolphins were voted the 2019 ASUN Women's Lacrosse preseason favorites after receiving 45 total points in this year's coaches poll. Kennesaw State's Siena Gore garnered Preseason Player of the Year recognition, while there was a three-way tie for Defensive Player of the Year. Erica Beal of Jacksonville, Maura Palandro of Kennesaw State and Brianna McCaffrey from Liberty earned Defensive Player of the Year honors.
