No. 1 North Florida: The Ospreys have now won back-to-back ASUN Men's Soccer regular season titles after a dominant regular season mark of 5-0-1. The Ospreys were the only team in league play to go undefeated. The regular season was highlighted by a 3-2 comeback win at then No. 11-ranked FGCU to push the Ospreys atop the standings, a spot they would not relinquish. Adrian Nunez is the team's top scorer with seven goals, while Milan Kovacs scored six during the regular season.
No. 2 FGCU: The Eagles feature the nation's highest scoring offense nearly all season long as FGCU scored a single-season record 52 goals. Albert Ruiz leads the nation with 17 goals, while Arion Sobers-Assue finished the regular season with 11 goals and seven assists. The Eagles have a diverse offense with 14 different goal scorers this year. The Eagles have been nationally ranked for the past month and will look to get back to the NCAA Tournament this season.
No. 3 Lipscomb: The Bisons are the No. 3 seed after finishing the regular season with a 3-2-1 conference record and 9-5-2 overall record. Lipscomb defeated NJIT on the road to earn the tiebreaker over the Highlanders and the No. 3 seed. The Bisons have advanced to four-straight ASUN Championship semifinals and hope to the next step in this year's postseason. The program has never been to the NCAA Tournament.
No. 4 NJIT: The Highlanders will make their first ASUN Men's Soccer Championship appearance in their first year in the league. The team picked up 10 points on three wins and a draw in league play, while boasting one of the conference's toughest defenses. Victor Pujades leads the league with seven shutouts on the year, while Mamadou Guirassy is the team's top striker with seven goals, both marks are NJIT Division I era records.
No. 5 Jacksonville: The Dolphins left it late, but punched their ticket to the ASUN Championship with a gritty road victory at Stetson on Saturday night. Juan Sebastian Ramirez scored his first goal of the year, while Patrick Harding was the Man of the Match with several spectacular saves. The Dolphins look to advance past the first round of the ASUN Championship for the first time since 2010. The Dolphins have been in the tournament in six of the past seven years.
No. 6 Stetson: After a one year hiatus, Stetson is back in the ASUN Championship this year. The Hatters 2-1 victory against USC Upstate on September 24th proved to be the vital victory on the year. Interim head coach Jared Vock will rely on Luke Ferreira (12 points) and Gabriel Diniz (8) to ignite the offense in search of a deep run in the ASUN Championship. The Hatters have two ASUN Men's Soccer titles in program history (2005, 2009) and look to add a third this season.
