North Florida's Carroll Grabs Second at Shoal Creek & @ASUN_Golf Honors

ATLANTA, Ga. - North Florida freshman Cody Carroll collected his first-ever ASUN Conference Men's Golfer of the Week award after placing second at the highly competitive Shoal Creek Intercollegiate, announced by the league office on Thursday. His second-place showing helped the Ospreys earned third place at the event.

Freshman | Middleburg, Fla.
- First Career ASUN Golfer of the Week honor; seventh of the year for UNF
- Finished as the Runner-Up at the Shoal Creek Intercollegiate
- Carded a 54-hole total of 211 (71-72-68) to finish at five-under-par
- Marked his first career top-10 collegiate finish with a career low round of 68
- Field included five top-25 teams as UNF topped #13 Auburn & #22 Tennessee to finish third
- Carroll bested nine top-100 golfers with his performance
