Jackson Lands UNA's First-Ever D-I Medalist; Earns Weekly Honor

ATLANTA, Ga. - North Alabama's Aaron Jackson became the second Lion to earn ASUN Conference Men's Golfer of the Week accolade joining Jackson Wedgeworth, announced Thursday by the league office. Jackson won the North Alabama Spring Classic by six strokes as the senior opened with two rounds on the 60s before cruising on the final day with an even par 72. His performance vaulted the Lions to their first-ever Division I tournament title and the program's first-ever individual medalist honor at the D-I level.
