Jayden Davila-McClary, Volleyball
Q1: How do you feel you have most impacted your college campus during your time there?

- I truly believe that UNA Athletics is an important part of our college campus and really brings all the students and faculty together as one. I feel that I have brought positive and fun energy to not only my teammates but anyone here on campus that I encounter. My goal is to brighten everyone's day as much as I can.

Q2: What has been your favorite moment during your time on campus?
- There has been many favorite moments that I have been blessed with during my time here at UNA. One of them would definitely be when our 2016-2017 volleyball team won the conference championship. Non-athletics related, my favorite moment on campus would undeniably be the T-Pain concert in Flowers Hall of Spring 2018.

Q3: What other individuals have helped you along the way in college whether it be teammates, coaches, professors or others?
- Many individuals have helped me along the way in college no matter if their role was big or small in my time here. The volleyball coach who recruited me to play at UNA taught me more than just volleyball and a lot of what she had said has been very helpful in my lifetime. My teammates have also been very helpful and have developed in to being my sisters. They have been my rocks here and have helped me to believe that I can conquer anything I put my mind to.

Q4: How have you grown during your time on campus?
- I feel like since my time on campus, I have grown in to a more mature, patient, and intelligent woman. Volleyball, classes, friends, and my surroundings here have all helped shape me in to who I am today and have also helped me find what I am most passionate for. I am incredibly thankful for my time here at UNA and will miss it dearly.

Kendarius "DeeDee" Smith, Men's Basketball
Q1: How do you feel you have most impacted your college campus during your time there?
- I feel like I have impacted my college campus by leading by example. Being the intelligent and outgoing person that I am showing students around campus what a student-athlete is and represents. Bringing smiles and laughter throughout the campus with my beautiful smile and wonderful jokes but also doing the right thing and representing the University of North Alabama the right way.

Q2: What has been your favorite moment during your time on campus?
- My favorite moment during my time here at UNA is definitely the joy and excitement from everyone after I made a game-winning shot on my birthday, do not think that can be topped.

Q3: What other individuals have helped you along the way in college whether it be teammates, coaches, professors or others?
- I give most credit to my coaches, from junior college and my two years here at UNA. I was very blessed enough to have coaches that genuinely care about you and your success. Not only on the court but also off the court. Tony Pujol, Willie Watson, Ahmad Smith, Tom Berryman, Cord Wright, and Kyle Morris, all these guys helped mold and shape me into the student-athlete I am today and I am very thankful for each of them.

Q4: How have you grown during your time on campus?
- I have grown by becoming a better communicator. Now that I am in year four I have a better relationship with my teammates, coaches, and professors so it has become much easier for me to go and talk with any of them about any issue that I may need resolved.
